How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. International shipping can take between 7-14 business days depending on your location and local customs processing.
Do Asorock watches come with a warranty?
Yes, every Asorock watch is backed by a 2-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and movement issues from the date of purchase.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the watch in its original, unworn condition with all packaging for a full refund.
Are your watches water-resistant?
Most of our watches have a water resistance rating of at least 5 ATM (50 meters), making them suitable for everyday use and light swimming, though we recommend avoiding deep diving.
Can I adjust the strap size myself?
Our leather and mesh straps are easily adjustable. For our stainless steel link bracelets, we include a complimentary link removal tool or recommend visiting a local jeweler for a professional fit.
