Our consultation fee is $150 USD, which will be fully credited towards the cost of your custom jewelry if you decide to proceed with the creation of your piece.

We receive hundreds of custom requests, so this fee allows us distinguish serious clients from those who are just exploring their options.

Once you have paid the consultation fee, you will be immediately paired with a custom jewelry expert who will assist you in designing your desired piece.

After the design specifications are confirmed, the expert will provide you with a quotation for the final cost and handle all payment arrangements, including the deposit and final payment.
